The VS2 is an all-in-one integration system. A single small footprint device greatly reduces the space typically required by a traditional A/V rack used in custom integration systems.

The VS2 can accept up to 8 video inputs and 8 video outputs. The inputs receive all the commonly used signals in an Operating Room. The system can be easily upgraded to accept additional inputs and outputs after initial purchase.
The VS2 system includes audio ports for connecting iPods and other audio players, as well as speaker outputs for up to four ceiling mounted in-room speakers.
Picture-In-Picture capability is an available option.
Touchpanel Interface Control
The VS2 comes with a bright, surgical-grade optical touchpanel that can double as an HD monitor on the nurse's desk, saving desktop space.
The VS2 touchpanel's special features include:
- Video preview – see what you're routing before sending it
- One touch preview – navigate from preview mode to full screen and back with one touch
- Optical touch technology – greatly improves tactile response over resistive touch technology
- Rugged and sealed construction – designed for the OR
The VS2 touchpanel also delivers education and support options, such as:
- Onscreen help – guides you through touchpanel tasks
- Email – request support from the hospital biomedical technician or VTS support team right from the touchpanel
- Surgical Safety Checklist – The standard World Health Organization's (WHO's) surgical checklist or a custom checklist can be routed to any destination
- Remote diagnostic capabilities
